Hello! I'm very excited to meet you.

From a very young age, I was always extremely interested in getting to know every part of a person - who they were at their core, what their dreams were. I have always been extremely empathetic and perceptive, and curious about the mind and culture. 

So when I sat in my first psychology course and heard about 'unconditional positive regard' I instantly began to think about how some people do not have ready access to it, and how important it is. I became determined to provide it and to show people what it can do for them.

As I went through life, I encountered difficult times. And as I broke and healed, I knew I also wanted to guide others and empower them to as well.

I have a very intellectual mind and a kind heart, and so I went to school for 12 years to learn everything I could about the brain, trauma, anxiety, and emotional healing so that I could impart that to - you.
